It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lucette Dodier (Lucette Dauksa), August 23rd 2023 at the age of 81 years old.

She passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Saul, of 57 years, her children Rasa (Alizee, Lea) and Emmanuel.

Lucette is predeceased by her parents Albert Dodier and Alfredine Plante, her late sister, Carole and late brothers Nelson, Jacques, Richard,Daniel. She leaves behind her sisters Denise, Charlotte, Hélène and her brother Gaston. She also leaves nieces, nephews, parents and friends behind.

Classy and elegant, Lucette thrived in the financial industry. She was passionate about investments, finances and politics.

Lucette loved her cottage by the lake, near her natal town of Thetford Mines. It was truly a paradise for her to be in her flowers, smelling the crisp country air. She loved having family over, cooking her favorite recipes always surrounded by laughter.

Our family sincerely thank the Olivier Guimond CLSC palliative care team, nurse Melanie Campagna and Dr. Venne.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 13th from 4 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, September 14th at 11 am.
