Peter Rosenberg was born in Eastbourne, U.K. on April 29, 1938.
Peter was a proud Quebec engineer whose achievements spanned five continents from the first work at the massive hydroelectric James Bay Project to his last foray in China fifty years later. An Alouette football scholarship kickstarted his studies in geology in the US and later he went on to get his MCs at the Imperial College in London. A keen sportsman, Peter played football and boxed during his college years and later continued to enjoy swimming and skiing. A man of many interests, he also loved art and co-owned the Polar Gallery on Crescent in Montreal.
Peter died in Montreal on Oct. 17th. He is loved and fondly remembered by family and friends. Adieu, Peter. You will be missed.
