It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear Carol, who departed this world peacefully in his home on March 31st 2024 at the age of 76. Adored by his family and friends, he leaves behind his beloved spouse and companion of 60 years Aline Beaudry, his daughters Caroline (David Kirk) and Myriam (Pierre Lachapelle), grandchildren Rose, Leo, Jules and Laura, and his sisters Chantal (Pierre Desrosiers) and Linda.

Born in L’Assomption on August 1st 1947, he was known for his love of bicycling, epicurean pursuits, travel, and meticulous work. He was generous with his time and attention toward his family and community alike.

The family will be receiving condolences at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex on Sunday April 7th from 10h to 13h, a reception will follow from 13h to 15h. Your tributes and memories of Carol are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Quebec ALS (Roulez pour vaincre la SLA/Team Carol) would be appreciated.
