Katharina Emrich (nee Geiger) February 17, 1928 - March 5 , 2025. It is with heavy hearts that we say our final goodbyes to the much loved matriarch of our family. Katharina or as she was lovingly known by most as Granny is now reunited with her husband Adam, her parents, Jakob and Katharina and her grandson Matthew. Left to mourn her passing are her son, Jacob (Audrey), daughter, Karin (Emilio), her grandchildren Kristen (Michael), Jessica (Arnaud), Sara (Matthew) and her great-grandchildren Camille, Gabriel, Luca, Estelle and Ryah, as well as many other family members and good friends whose lives she touched so profoundly.

Katharina lived a very full 97 years leaving behind wonderful memories and happy times. She will be lovingly missed by all whose lives she impacted. A celebration of her life will take place at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 chemin de la Forêt, Outremont) on March 23rd, 2025 at 10h00 AM. The service will start at 11h00 AM.
