John Majnik, a beloved figure in his community, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 31, 2025, at the age of 71. 

Born to Janez and Anna Majnik on January 6, 1954, John lived a life marked by resilience and quiet presence, touching the hearts of those around him despite the many challenges he faced. 

He is mourned by his brothers, Milan and Rudy, his sisters, Fran (Jim) and Mayda (the late Joseph), as well as his nephews and nieces, Steve, Stephanie, Ryan, Emma, Joseph, Diana, Johanna, Tony, and Annica. Well-known in his neighborhood, John's gentle nature and indescribable warmth will be deeply missed. 

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 6, at 12:00 PM with the service at 3:00 PM followed by a reception at the Kane and Fetterly Funeral Home 5301 Décarie, Montreal.
