It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom, Mary Frances Rappel, who died peacefully on Sunday, December 25, 2022. Mary was the daughter of the late John Rappel and Margaret Price and was predeceased by her beloved siblings, Marjorie, John, Thomas, Vilma, Shirley and Evelyn. She was the beloved mother and mother-in-law of James (Catherine Chaif), the late Diane, Donald (Diane Wood), Rosemary (the late Warren Allmand) and Patricia (Ray Barillaro).
