Christian (Rolland) Aubin

- 2023

Tragically on October 12, 2023, my baby brother Christian (Rolland) Aubin passed away.
He left this world too soon at the age of 27, just before his upcoming birthday. He would have been 28 years old. Christian left behind many loved ones including his fiancée, Victoria Arbic of two and a half years. His beautiful daughter Sunny Arbic. His mother Michelle Aubin, his father Jerry Morin, his stepfather Johnathan Gay, and long-time father figure Dominique Gagnon. His brothers Sebastien Aubin (wife Meag Desormeaux) Douglas Aubin (wife Jessica Ouellette) and Johnny Morin. I want to put a special mention to his Uncle Robert Aubin who was raised with him and the brothers and Robert’s beautiful daughters Cristal and Camille Aubin who adored their Uncle Chris.
Christian was filled with warmth and love and carried his love of his family and friends along his life's path. He was a very caring and selfless individual who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Unfortunately, he thought of himself as a burden to others and a black sheep, but little did he know he was our rock. He had an infectious smile that expressed his warmth towards people and eyes that would melt any heart.
During Christian's lifetime, one of his major roles was being a wonderful team leader. He started his career as a roofer with his Papa Dom (Dominique Gagnon) and Andrew Ethier. He worked for a few companies over the years, then he became the foreman of Alex and Matt Gaudon’s company, Gaudon Roofing for the past five years. He worked alongside his mother Michelle and his two younger brothers Douglas and Johnny. Chris was by far the hardest-working man and took pride in everything he did.
When Christian was not working, he was at home spending time with his daughter Sunny, guiding her, and being the best father, we could ever ask for. She was the light in his darkness. She was and forever will be her daddy's girl. She was his ray of sunshine. Christian also had a love of nature and the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He especially loved making his bonfires at his father Jerry’s house, where he could sit back and enjoy some beers with his loved ones.
Christian was so beyond loved and will be forever missed. His memory will never fade and will always have a place in all of our hearts. To anyone who wishes to say their final goodbyes to Christian, we will be having a viewing to celebrate his life on October 25th, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Les Jardins Du Souvenir, 75 Boulevard Fournier, Gatineau Quebec. Anyone and Everyone is welcome. Christian always thought he was never liked so let's show this wonderful man just how loved he was. R.I.P Christian we all love you more than you will ever know. Thank you all.
