Please note that custom-made products (custom image) as well as products used and not in the original state are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Non-personalized products and accessories are returnable for exchange or refund. However, the shipping costs of returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The initial delivery costs will not be refunded in the event that a customer changes their mind and returns their order.
Delivery costs will be borne by Funeraweb if there is an error on our part or if a product proves to be defective. If you want to return the goods by post or transport, you must assume the cost of the delivery service. If you choose this option, follow these steps:
- Complete the section of the return form which is inserted with your shipment, reserved for returns, indicating in particular the number of the article and the code corresponding to the reason for the return. A list of reason codes is on the invoice.
- Return the items to their original packaging and include the invoice in the package.
- Address your package to: Attn: Funeraweb, 2300A Jean Perrin, Quebec, QC CANADA G2C 1T9
- Return the package using the delivery service of your choice and take note of the tracking number for your records. To better protect you, we recommend that you insure the returned package if you use a delivery service."
