At Saint Margaret’s Residence on October 7th, our dear mother, Elizabeth, passed away peacefully in her 94th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert, and her six siblings, she leaves to mourn her children, Suzanne, (Zsolt), Johanne and Marc (Françoise) and her grandchildren, Zachary (Heather) and Chloé, both of whom enjoyed a special relationship with their ‘Buca’. Our mother was aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt to many and shared a close bond with her niece, Carol, her nephew, David, and their respective families, all of whom showed her many kindnesses throughout the years. You have all been a light in her life.

Special and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Devin Hopkins and the dedicated second floor staff at Saint Margaret’s Residence for their care, compassion, and support during this difficult time. You are all angels without wings and your empathy will never be forgotten.

For those of you who wish to express your sympathy, we ask that you consider a simple act of kindness in honour of our mother’s memory, or, if you prefer, a donation to any organization benefitting children or the homeless would be greatly appreciated.
