It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Rosa Papandrea (born Ferraro) at the age of 85 in Montreal on January 15, 2025, beloved wife of 65 years to Domenico Papandrea and mother of the late Maria Papandrea.

She will be sadly missed by her loving children Elena (Massimo) and Silvana (Peter), her cherished grandchildren Amanda (Jonathan), Tania and Marina, her great grandchildren Eva and Leo, her sister Giulia (Luigi), her brother Eugenio and many other relatives and friends.

Rosa was the heart of our family.

She was kind, generous and soft spoken. She dedicated her life to her family and was especially a proud and loving Nonna. 

The family will receive condolences at the Memoria funeral home located at 1120 Jean-Talon E St, Montreal, Qc on Monday, January 20th from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m and on Tuesday, January 21st from  11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be followed by a religious service in the Memoria's chapel at 12:30 p. m. thence to Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery.
