It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Antoine Durand, which occurred on February 1, 2025, in Montreal, at the age of 90.

He was the son of the late Lucien Durand and the late Lena Dussault as well as the brother of the late Pierrette.

He leaves to mourn his wife Louise Desjardins, his children Hélène, Sylvie (Richard) and Erik (Sonia), his grandchildren Marc-André, Alexandre, Jean-Sébastien (Mylène), Jean-François (Stéphanie), Alicia, Charles-Antoine and Léanne as well as his great-grandchildren Léonie, Charlie; Ludovik, and Chloé. He also leaves to mourn his brothers and sisters Françoise, Agathe, Julien (Ginette), Clovis and Maryse (Gilles), his nephews and nieces, his cousins ​​as well as many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on February 23, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie funeral complex, located at 6700 rue Beaubien Est, Montreal, Quebec H1M 3E3.

The funeral will be celebrated the same day in the complex's lounge from 5 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in his honor to the Heart Institute would be appreciated.
