It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Michel Baroud, who left us on April 25, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by his family.
An exceptional man, a loving father and grandfather cherished by all, he leaves behind his beloved wife Minerva El Hatem, his son Majd (Aline Mercho), and his daughter Baria (Antoine Baroud).
He is also mourned by his sister Nejmet Baroud (late Ibrahim Tahan) and family (Lebanon).
He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Patrick, Peter, Milana, and Michael Baroud.
Michel is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends in Canada and Syria.
The family will receive condolences on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, located at 2500 Ave Des Perron, Laval.
The funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame de Nareg Church on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at 858 Boulevard de la Côte-Vertu Ouest, Saint-Laurent, followed by the burial at Urgel Bourgie Gardens at 2500 Ave Des Perron in Laval.
