Pierre Vendette 

1950 - 2025

It was with serenity and courage that Pierre Vendette left us peacefully on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the CHUM hospital.

After a long battle and many years filled with love and sports, he leaves relieved and with peace of mind.

He leaves behind his wife, Ginette Marcil, his two sons Antoine and Alexandre Vendette, and his daughter-in-law Amanda Awad.

Not to mention his elder brother Jacques Vendette and his spouse Suzanne Rolland, his two sisters Diane Vendette and her husband Jacques Beaudin, Lynda Vendette and her spouse Alain Thibault;

his brother-in-law Normand Marcil (France Lacasse) and his many nieces and nephews whom he adored. He also forged unique friendships with many throughout his life.

Pierre left behind many anecdotes and long stories, leaving magnificent and memorable moments forever etched in our hearts.

It is with gentleness and peace of mind that we underline our love for Pierre and wish him all the best for his next game. May he rest in peace until we arrive.

The family will receive condolences on May 18, 2025 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien St. East, Montreal.
Interment will take place at a later date.
