Marion Doyle (Née Murphy)

July 1926- March 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce that on March 3rd, 2025, at the age of 98, Mrs. Marion Doyle passed away, wife of the late Linus Doyle. She leaves behind her children: John, Jacinta, James and Justin.

Marion was born in St Ann’s, PEI and was predeceased by her parents, Alexis and Agnes (Nee Reid) Murphy as well as her brothers and spouses: Gregory (Bernice) Murphy, Leo (Teresa) Murphy and Joseph Alexis Murphy. She was also predeceased by her in-laws: John and Mabel (nee Monaghan) Doyle, Bernadette (Leaming) Proctor, Patrick Doyle, Mary (Vernon) Walsh, Margaret (William) MacEwen, Faustina (Elmer) Gallant, Sr Nora Doyle and Merill Pineau. Marion is survived by her in-laws: Gennie Doyle, Dunstan Doyle and Pauline Doyle. She is lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive condolences on Tuesday March 18th, 2025 at St-Monica’s Church: 6405 rue de Terrebonne, Montreal, Quebec, H4B 1A8 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, a funeral service at 11:00AM, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made at St-Monica’s church or an online donation at: www.stmonica.ca. The church has requested to use Canada helps and use special donation.
