It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edith Ramsay on March 17th, 2024, at the age of 81 years. Edith was the daughter of the late Marie-Jeanne Laliberté and the late Réal Ramsay. She was a beloved teacher, a loving wife and life partner for 52 years to Victor; a wonderful mother to Prisca (Jean-Sébastien) and Vance (Ana Delia); and a cherished Teta to her grandchildren Olivier and Sia. Edith was the sister of the late Olive, late Georges (Elisabeth), Elisabeth (late Laurent), Christiane (Michel), Patricia (Serge), Yves (Hélène), Thomas, late Robert, Allen, and Dorothée (late Roger). She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.

The family will receive condolences at Jardin Urgel Bourgie, 8145 Chemin de Chambly, St-Hubert (south of Autoroute 30, at exit 73), on Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, and on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, starting at 11:00 am. The funeral service will take place at St-Mary's Parish Church in Greenfield Park at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 21st.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Montreal Neurological Institute would be appreciated.
