Marie Awad
1945 - 2023
It is with great sadness that John Kelzi announces the passing of his wife, Mima Awad Kelzi, in Montreal on March 3, 2023. Mima was 77 years old.
Mima was predeceased by her children George and Rabih, her parents Awad Elias Awad and Salwa, her brothers Elias and Joseph, and her parents in law Georges Kelzi and Odette.
She will be dearly missed and remembered by her sister-in-law Vilma, her sister Samo (Georges Chaaya) and their children Micheline (Khalil Nasrallah), Nicolas (Rebecca), Philip (Annie), her brothers; Michel (Suzanne) and their children Christine and Robert, Nabil (Annie) and their children Paul (Tecla) and Joe, her sister Maha, her sisters in law Rose, Jannette and her children Rosalie (Jihad Al Hussami) and Vincent Ghostine (Victoria), Madeleine (Nabil Achi) and their son Jad, her brothers in law Elias (Anne-Marie) and Antoine (Marlene) and their children Odile (Alain Maroun), Jean-Pierre (Lama).
Viewing will be held at Urgel Bourgie, 1255 Beaumont Ave. Mount Royal, Qc on Monday March 6, from 5 to 9 pm.
Funeral service will be held at Monastere et Paroisse St Antoine Le Grand, 1520 Ave. Ducharme, Outremont, Qc, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Monastere et Paroisse St Antoine Le Grand would be very much appreciated.
