Yes, absolutely. Just be sure to provide the required information and photos during the ordering process.

We are proud to inform you that most of our raw material comes from North America. We give great importance to the quality and authenticity of our commemorative products. Our team of specialized graphic designers and experts work hard. Their expertise enables us to make every detail count to ensure a good result for every product to be up to your standards.
HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK FOR THOSE PRODUCTS?
After an order validation, we commit to carefully produce your item within 4 or 5 days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you can expect a delay of 2 to 3 business days to receive it. This delay can be affected by your location and by local delivery conditions.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can track your order by using the tracking number included in your confirmation email.

Certainly, you can choose a different photo from the one shown on the obituary. If you decide to opt for a different photo, once your order has been validated, we will send you a proof so that you can visualize what the final product will look like before it is manufactured. Your agreement to this proof ensures that the product will faithfully reflect your wishes.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Because our products are personalized, they are not admissible for returns. If you encounter any issue with a product’s quality, we invite you to contact us within 15 days of its reception.

In Canada, we offer the delivery for any order of $100 or more. For delivery of less than $100, $10 fees will be applied.
