Beatriz was the beloved wife of Luis Pedro Sequeira, a devoted mother, proud grandmother, and cherished great-grandmother. She was the heart and soul of her family — their strength, matriarch, and constant source of love and wisdom.

She was a loving mother to Virginia (predeceased), Yvonne (Antonio), Rosa (Carlos), and Antonio Miguel (Karen). Her family was her pride and joy.

Beatriz was also a proud grandmother to Jennifer Lee (Tony), Carlos Jr. ( Anna), Christopher (Sejal), Mitchell ( Chelsea), Antonio Jr., Matthew, and Melissa (Pedro). Her grandchildren adored her, and she poured her love and guidance into every one of them.

Her legacy continues through her beloved great-grandchildren: Mia, Tiziano, Santiago, Matteo, Tiago, Aden, Adrian, and Olivia, who was born on the very same day that Beatriz passed — a poignant reminder of the circle of life, and a symbol of hope and continuity. Beatriz was also joyfully awaiting the arrival of another great-grandchild, a blessing she looked forward to with a heart full of love. Beatriz lived for her family. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. She carried her role as matriarch with grace and strength, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to shape and inspire generations. She now reunites with her beloved daughter Virginia and her dear mother Maria Tavares both whom she missed dearly. Though she may be gone from our sight, Beatriz’s spirit, love, and strength will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Montreal Children's Hospital in her memory — a tribute that reflects her deep love for children and the values she held dear. Forever in our hearts. May she rest in peace.
