It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Arlene Weinmeister on July 3rd, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.

 Arlene is survived by her loving husband of nearly 35 years, Norman Bruce, her four beautiful children, Tabitha (Michel), Jamie, Bobbi (Greg), Richard (Jessica), and many loving grandchildren. In addition, brothers Ian (Michele) and Kim (Genie) and sisters Barbara (Rick), Alexis (Dick) and Lorraine (Roy), and many nieces and nephews. Arlene was predeceased by her mother, Tabitha Muir, father Rudolph Weinmeister, and brother Bob Baker.  

 Arlene was a warm, kind, generous and loving soul who welcomed anyone and everyone into her home with open arms and a Bacardi and Pepsi. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

 A special thank you to the Lakeshore General Hospital Oncology and Day Medicine staff, Nova Hudson for their amazing support and resources, and to Summit Cancer Care in Savannah, Georgia, for their compassionate and thoughtful care of Arlene.

 A visitation will be held on July 12th, 2024 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm at the
