We wish to announce the passing of Ghislaine Trudel on January 18, 2025, in Montreal. She was the wife of the late Maurice Daigneault.
 

She is survived by her sister Claudette (Claude Chartrand) and brother Pierre (the late Danielle Côté), her children François (Isabelle Jodoin), Marie-Michèle (Daniel Randez) and Pascal (Julie Vaillancourt), and grandchildren Jean-Félix, Justine, Myriam, Marie-Andrée, Mathilde and Juliette.
 

She is also survived by her goddaughters Geneviève and Jacynthe, her nephews and nieces, her cousins, as well as her precious and faithful friends, so dear to her heart.
 

The family would like to sincerely thank the entire team at CHSLD J.-Henri Charbonneau for the care they provided, the attention and gentleness they showed Mom and, above all, all the affection with which she was surrounded. 
 

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Fondation du Docteur Julien or the Refuge des jeunes de Montréal, organizations chosen by Ghislaine, would be appreciated. 
 

The family will welcome relatives and friends on February 22, 2025 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien East in Montreal.
 

A service of the Word will follow at 4 p.m. the same day at the same Complex.
 

Interment will follow at a later date.
