Thavendran Thirunavukarasu

1963 - 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thavendran Thirunavukarasu, also known as Thava, who left us on Friday February 14th, 2025 in Laval, at 61 years old. 
Born on December 9th, 1963 on Brown Road, Jaffna, Sri Lanka, he was the son of the late Thirunavukarasu Thamotharampillai and the late Thanaluxmy Thirunavukarasu, and the son-in-law of the late Augustine Aseervatham and Sarogini Augustine.  

Thavendran is survived by his beloved and devoted wife Janet Augustine, his loving daughter Asmina Thirunavukarasu and his loving son Goldwin Thirunavukarasu, who will remember him for his boundless devotion to his friends and family, his generosity and his endless love. 

He is also survived by his brothers Rajendran , Balendran,  Raveendran and Ganendran Thirunavukarasu, and his sisters Indrajothi Nadarasa, Chandravathani Pathmanathan, Suganthamalar Kanagavaratha and Vasanthamalar Thirunavukarasu, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Viewing times: 

Sunday, February 23rd,  2025 - from 2p.m. to 9p.m.
Monday, February 24th, 2025 - from 10a.m. to 2p.m.

The cremation ceremony will be held on Monday, February 24th, 2025 at 2p.m.
