It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Fraser on September 03, 2024, at the age of 74. A resident of Quebec City, she was the beloved wife of Mr. Paul Fraser, and the daughter of the late Daniel Moreau and Nicole Tremblay.
