In loving memory of Souad Hachem (nee Abouassali) who passed away suddenly but peacefully on January 17, 2023, at the age of 75.

Souad was a devoted wife to the late Philippe. She is survived by her loving children Joseph, Camil (Siobhan), Nancy (Terry) and Mona (Ian), adored grandchildren Alec, Jesse, Kaitlyn, Justin, Mikayla and Lia. She also sadly leaves behind her brothers Adel (deceased), Daher, (deceased), Fouad (Amal) and her sisters Amal, and Houda (Nadeem) along with many nieces and nephews.

She was a woman of strong faith who loved helping people and got involved with the church whenever she could. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be held at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home at 1255 Beaumont Ave, Mount Royal, Monday January 23, 2023 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Saint Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church 80 Rue de Castelnau E, Montreal at 10am.
